The A3 through-hole inspection machine is the ACI model in DaoAI's (微链道爱) IRIS ANT series for THT components: before wave soldering it checks for missing, wrong and reversed parts and lead insertion; after wave soldering it checks every through-hole pad's joint and bridging. Its boundary with SMT models is the object — leaded parts are tall, long and irregular, so imaging and decisions are tuned for them. Same decision principle as ACI.
