Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Beijing WeLinkirt DaoAI Technology Co., Ltd. handles personal information when you visit welinkirt.com. It is written to match what this site actually does: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking tools, sends contact-form data from your own mail client, and transfers no personal information outside mainland China.

1. Who operates this site

This policy covers welinkirt.com and its sub-pages only. Our affiliates are separately responsible for their own websites and services; this policy does not cover them.

2. What we process, and why

2.1 Contact form

The contact form has fields for name, company, job title, country/region, enquiry type, area of interest, email, phone, WeChat, website and message. Only name, email and phone are required.

This content does not pass through our servers. When you submit, the page opens the mail client on your device and you send the content to us as an email; we receive it in our inbox. How that message travels and where it is stored therefore depends on your own mail provider.

2.2 Two-step verification on the business-plan page (/bp)

Access to /bp requires a passphrase plus an SMS one-time code. For this we process:

• Your phone number, solely to send a one-time code. The code is computed and checked statelessly and is never written to any database. To stop repeated taps causing repeated messages, the service keeps a short in-memory rate-limit entry keyed by number for about 60 seconds; it lives only as long as the service instance and is not persisted.
• The raw IP address in the access record, used to confirm delivery and control access, kept for 12 months and then deleted.

2.3 Server and CDN access logs

As with any website, visiting this site produces access logs on the hosting service, typically containing IP address, browser identifier, time and requested address. These are generated and retained by our cloud provider (Alibaba Cloud) under its own product rules, for troubleshooting and security.

3. What we do not do

• No cookies. No page on this site writes any cookie.
• No analytics or tracking. The site carries no third-party analytics, heatmap or advertising tracking code.
• No automated decision-making or profiling.
• We do not sell personal information or use it for ad targeting.

To remember the interface language you chose, the site stores one local-storage item named daoai_lang in your own browser. It holds only a language code, identifies nobody, is never sent to our servers, and is removed when you clear browser data.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell or rent personal information. To deliver the site and the SMS code, the following processors handle data on our behalf, limited to what is necessary:

• Alibaba Cloud — object storage and content delivery (hosting and acceleration), which produces the access logs described above.
• Alibaba Cloud Communications — sends the /bp verification SMS under the signature “北京微链道爱科技”. Its send records are retained under Alibaba Cloud's own rules and are outside the 12-month commitment stated above.

Apart from disclosure required by law or lawful request from judicial or administrative authorities, we do not provide your personal information to anyone else.

5. No cross-border transfer

We do not provide personal information collected through this site to any organisation or individual outside mainland China. Should that ever become necessary, we will amend this policy first, tell you separately who the recipient is, for what purpose and by what means, and which categories are involved, and obtain your separate consent as required by law before doing so.

6. How long we keep it

• Raw IP in /bp access records: 12 months, then deleted.
• Other personal information: no longer than the minimum period necessary for the purposes described here; once the purpose is met, the period expires or you withdraw consent, we delete or anonymise it.
• Access logs and SMS send records retained by cloud providers follow those providers' own periods; we make no separate commitment for them.

7. Your rights

You may access, copy, correct, supplement or delete the personal information we hold about you, request its transfer, withdraw your consent, and ask us to explain this policy. Write to rx@welinkirt.com or call 400-699-0222. We may need to verify your identity first. If you believe our handling breaches the law, you may also complain to the competent authorities.

8. Minors

This site addresses business customers. It is not directed at children under fourteen and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Guardians who believe we may hold such information should contact us at the address above and we will delete it promptly.

9. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS throughout and restricts third-party script execution through a Content Security Policy. We collect on a minimum-necessary basis and limit who can reach the data.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date below. Where the purpose, method or categories of processing change materially, we will tell you separately in a prominent way.
