1. What we collect
- Your mobile number, as entered in the verification form.
- Verification records — when a code was sent, and whether verification succeeded.
- Access records — your raw IP address (we do not anonymise it), the time of access and the link used.
2. Why we collect it
Two purposes only:
- Confirming delivery — verifying that the materials reached the intended recipient.
- Access control — restricting that page's contents to verified visitors.
We will not use your mobile number for marketing.
3. Who handles it
- Alibaba Cloud Communications (entrusted processor) sends the verification SMS on our behalf, under the signature 北京微链道爱科技. It retains its own sending records according to its own retention period, which is outside our 12-month commitment.
- Our website and verification logic run on Alibaba Cloud object storage, CDN and function compute, where the access records above are held.
At present we do not provide your personal information to recipients outside the People's Republic of China. Should this change, we will inform you separately and obtain your separate consent.
4. How long we keep it
The mobile number, verification records and access records that we ourselves hold are retained for 12 months and then deleted. The entrusted processor and cloud providers named in section 3 retain their own records for their own periods, which are outside this commitment.
5. Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement and delete your personal information, and to ask us to explain this notice. These rights are granted by law and exist whether or not this notice mentions them.
To exercise them, write to rx@welinkirt.com with information sufficient to verify your identity (for example the mobile number you used). We will respond within 15 working days.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page.
